Our sweet Dolly 🩷🦋
My heart is so broken that she is gone.
A beautiful soul and an angel on earth.
I had the absolute honor to paint her for my talent at Miss Mississippi. I wouldn’t want to have represented anyone else on that stage. I admire her for her absolute kindness, faith, and love for people! She encourages me every day as a teacher especially for children’s literature. Rest in Peace, Dolly 🩷🙏🏻 by @misscentralmissms

Having the absolute privilege to serve my community and country that I love for America’s 250th anniversary is truly special to me. I hope everyone has a wonderful, peaceful day with loved ones and friends and remembers our founding fathers, each and every man and woman who have fought, including both my grandfathers, and still fight to this day for our freedom. I am standing here today because of them. I am beyond proud to represent my country and our heroes! ❤️❤️

I had the best day visiting two of the sweetest ladies at their book signing for their newest launch of their book series “Watson Goes to the Choctaw Indian Fair”. 🩷🥰 I am SO excited to have a book of my very own for my classroom to spread the joy of Watson as well as the culture of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians! Please go out and support! They have multiple events throughout Philadelphia and Union, MS. Proceeds go to a wonderful cause of proving our students with rich, high quality literature! Thank you again Mrs. Cheatham and Mrs. Krissy! You both are so talented and making a difference! 🩷🫶🏻

What an incredible year it has already been!! 🩷🥹 I am so incredibly grateful for Mississippi State University preparing me for success in this life for my career and for Miss Mississippi. Taking on a full time teaching position during my internship, graduating, and competing for Miss MS was because of how MSU prepared me for this beautiful journey. And my students at West Clay Elementary, I love you all so much, and you will all be such beautiful lights in this world! Thank you for supporting me! 🩷🥹 Being named a Stephen D. Lee Scholar, which is the highest honor that you can receive based on a 4.0 gpa, was such a blessing, and I am forever grateful. The precious friendships I have made at Miss MS will last a lifetime! My precious parents, family, friends, and MSU praying for me and supporting me meant the world to me, and I can’t thank you all enough!! 🫶🏻💖 Receiving a $2,000 scholarship from the Miss MS Organization will greatly help me obtain my Master’s degree and am just so thankful!
