Allow me to introduce myself. I wear other hats including teacher, SLP, coach, etc but right now I'm focused on healing and creating safe and collaborative spaces for people through art and events.

Keep moving though the winds may blow, the situation isn't ideal, and your walk is a bit shaky. Keep going. I love you all. Have a fantastic week!

One tool for anxiety is to move or talk much slower than you normally do for long periods throughout the day. This tells your brain that you are safer and helps relax your nervous system. Try it for a week and let me know if you feel any different. by @misscitycreates
