The month of May was filled with so many emotions!!! The final month of the school year is always the busiest & is extremely bittersweet, but this school year was especially hard as I prepared to say goodbye to not only my Kindergarteners, but also my site.

For my fellow educators familiar with the concept, or to those of you who have been following along, as a temp contracted teacher, there’s never the certainty of returning to a school site. I have been so very fortunate that these last two school years that wasn’t the case, however, this year I am lovingly saying goodbye!

My heart is filled with immense gratitude and love as I reflect on my three years at my first ever full-time site. It has such a special place in my heart <3 & Kindergarten has been such a magical experience ✨

Although I am saying goodbye to one school, I am excited to share that I have accepted a new opportunity at another! 🌟Get to Know Me! 🌟

I am soo happy you’re here! A few of you have joined me recently so I thought it would be totally fun to share a little bit about me. 🤭 Thank you for being a part of my journey as an educator!

☻ My name is Crystal and I was born and raised in Orange County 🍊
☻ This is my third year teaching and I am currently teaching Kindergarten (for the third time!) 🌈
☻ I received my BS in Human Biology at the University of CA, San Diego @ucsandiego class of 2019 and my M.Ed and dual credentials at the University of San Diego @usdsoles class of 2023! 🎓
☻ Capricorn sun, Taurus moon, Scorpio rising 🌌😌
☻ I love to get active with afternoon walks and @gritcycle classes 🚲
☻ Go-to bevvie is a double matcha, but I also enjoy homemade ube lattes made by my wonderful boyfriend, Jeff ☕️💜
☻ I am a pop-girly through and through and I’m so excited to be seeing my favorite artist, Ariana Grande, next summer on tour! 🎤✨
☻ Current TV rotation: Smallville, Family Feud, and reruns of Gossip Girl

I absolutely love what I do and I want to be able to document all of that love day in and day out ♡
