Today, I weighed in and I reached my Baseline weight goal of 154 llbs 🥳🎉🔥! I weighed in at 70.30 kg ~ 154.985 lbs to be precise and that is exactly 11 st.

I knew I could reach my goal which is why I made the first official post a few months ago but is so surreal making this achievement and actually reaching my goal that I had for set for myself that seemed so incredibly far at the beginning and keeping this promise to myself all through the help of GOD!

Coming down from my heaviest weight of 134.7 kg ~ 297 lbs ~ 21.2 st this seems like a miracle. I was in a deep depression, at my lowest point and had completely lost myself. I had to believe again, re-train my mind and my body surreal to now being 70.30 kg, feeling lighter on my feet and 154 lbs. I have lost 64.4 kg ~ 142.015 lbs which is a total of just over 10 st to get here and to finally be classified within the Healthy Category for my BMI, no longer classified as Obese or even Overweight.

This is not the end of the road for me as I still have other body and fitness goals and this literally has become a lifestyle for me. Once I’m happy with my body goals, I realise maintenance is another journey waiting for me.

However I am extremely grateful that I made it to the goal that is healthy for me and this journey has taught me that I can truly do anything witn faith and my GOD. So here’s to my future, I’m truly excited for what is to come! 🥳🎉 (Swipe left to see stats)
