“Everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear”Through lots of hard work, studying, and refinement, I’ve developed the skills and tools to help others establish their own businesses. I have worn the hat of Marketing Director, Branding Expert, Operations Lead, Photographer/Videographer, Analyst, Web Designer, Creative Director, often within the same week. Sometimes within the same hour.For the last four years I have equipped aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, visionaries, with tools and strategies to bring their visions to life. Sat down with @prominent_ja to get the Do’s and Don’ts on what to consume as we are facing all sorts of plagues and diseases. 😭😵‍💫As someone who is immunocompromised and also very invested in implementing the best practices for my wellness, it seems harder to keep up with the ways the quality of what is accessible to eat, is limited and declining. So until ya girl gets her garden, I’ll keep tapping into @wellnesstakeover and pulling up to @lipscafe__ for flavorful high quality meals I can trust on the days where meal prep options seem nonexistent. I tried cryotherapy for the first time at @wellnesstakeover event last weekend by @luxewellnessandaestheticsnyc AND BABY!! The way Rhondelle took care of that shoulder pain with even the short amount of time she had me in her chair. 3 days later and the pain is still gone. Where’s the membership?
