Okay… a little peek at what I’ve been working on 👀

Meet COLLAR—my new sculptural lighting collection, filled with soft curves, tactile finishes and forms with plenty of character.

Designed by me in East Cheshire, with each piece to be hand-cast in small batches. Each edition is released in limited quantities every 6-8 weeks.

Launching October 2026. I’ll be sharing more little glimpses as it comes to life—this is 01 ✨

A little peek of my prototypes💜

Sculptural form, hand-poured marbling and a little bit of colour.

I’ve been developing a new collection that explores softer, more organic shapes while keeping the bold material and colour combinations at the heart of Misshandled.

Every piece will be poured and finished by hand, making each one completely individual.

First piece coming soon👀

Did someone say miss-HANDLED……..back to where I started! These are gonna make a statement for sure!

🟤 I have just got my new @bambulab_official 3D printer which I’ve wanted for YEARS, and I’m designing again for joy, and when I feel the shape is right I’ll get them moulded, poured and launched!

⚪️ Organic form, made using stone and resin, I’m playing with texture and materials! These large sculptural forms are going to bring absolute joy!

04. Pale Blue & Coffee ….. what a delightful colour combo!

Now to master the material to achieve this look and feel, lots of testers and trials and everyone is very different which makes them extra special!! Can’t wait for the launch!

✨Testing. Pouring. Refining.

Creating the materials has become just as important as designing the forms.

I’ve spent this last few months quietly experimenting with endless pigment ratios, marbling techniques and material finishes, searching for the perfect balance.

Every sample gets me a little closer to the collection I’ve been dreaming of 💜 taken in Bollington by @misshandledstudio

My heart is broken 💔

I lost my bestie today, my life long buddy, we met when we were 4 years old, and been through so much growing up together! I love you like a sister, you are the most amazing, funny and honest person💕

From using our walkie talkies whilst staring over to eachother bedroom windows every night as kids to say night night, walking to and from school everyday, tap dancing together at weekends, being bridesmaids, we are friends with an unconditional true love for eachother and it’s an honour to be your bestie!

I’ve watched you go through the most painful time which you have done with so much bravery and courage, I’m so proud of you! I’m glad I got to spend your last few days by your side, with Calum Mackenzie, Madi & Jax, all your closest friends, family!

Well that’s me done for 2023, what a year, I’m exhausted and can’t wait to head home to Scotland, I’m taking a little time off until 8th Jan to spend with fam and friends 💜

Thank you so so-much for all your orders, support, messages, likes etc it means so much to me!

2024 Misshandled is changing a little, I’ve learned alot this last year on whats working and whats not, and it’s alot to do all on my own, so I’ve got to take a look at it all and start with a fresh head! I want to design and create more bespoke pieces and finally start taking classes! Watch this space for what’s coming next and it’s very EXCITING!

Have a wonderful Xmas and NY and see y’all on the other side! Hope you get some down time too!
