There are people God places in your path that have nothing to do with blood and everything to do with purpose. 💙 She is one of those people for me. The kind of woman whose presence alone teaches you something. 🌷 Whose life story makes you want to be braver. Whose wisdom does not come from a book but from every scar, every victory, every year she has lived fully and without apology. I sat next to her and I thought I want to be this. Still standing. Still glowing. Still showing up with my whole self no matter what life has thrown at me. Some people mentor you with words. Others just live in a way that quietly changes everything about how you see yourself and what is possible. She is the second kind. And I am so grateful our paths crossed 🤍

El tipo de mujer cuya presencia sola te enseña algo. Cuya historia de vida te hace querer ser más valiente. 🌷Cuya sabiduría no viene de un libro sino de cada cicatriz, cada victoria, cada año que ha vivido plenamente y sin disculpas. Me senté a su lado y pensé quiero ser esto. Todavía de pie. Todavía brillando. Todavía apareciendo con todo mi ser sin importar lo que la vida me haya lanzado. Algunas personas te mentoran con palabras. Otras simplemente viven de una manera que silenciosamente cambia todo sobre cómo te ves a ti misma y lo que es posible. Ella es la segunda. The first time I heard Michelle say this, it felt like a lightning bolt passed through my body. The aha moment. So every time I think I am going to try at something- I hear Michelle’s voice and I stop and ask myself - what part of me is comfortable with the status quo and what part of me truly believes it’s time for something different?

So long as these parts are still in conversation, the belief is still an open question, a doubt, a flimsy desire.

Once they agree - that belief uncovers a deeper knowing and from that point, I live.

This is how deep we work in 1:1 sessions. Layer by layer with compassion and discipline and respect that something this significant deserves.
