HOST ALERT!📣 🎥
Excited to Announce our Host for the evening the talented Melissa Brooke Ward!🤗

Melissa Brooke Ward is honored to host the premiere of Missing: The Miniseries. When artists paint truth to the unspoken, unimaginable pain that humans can experience, we all benefit from a better society, one in which education leads to movement and awareness. As we come together, let us be reminded of this. Melissa graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Communication and Theatre Production. She is a proud member of SAG AFTRA and ACTORS EQUITY ASSOCIATION. She has appeared in Blue Bloods and played Veronica Bourbon in Why Wait, After the Wait, and the upcoming web series, The Newlyweds. Melissa has acted in the 48 hour film festival in MA for the past two years, and loves independent filmmaking. She is co-chair of the events committee for the CT FILM AND TV ALLIANCE and has represented the Alliance interviewing contestants at The Bushnell Theatre for Hartford’s Got Talent 2025, and interviewing filmmakers at the Bridgeport Film Festival. Melissa feels close to the Connecticut filmmaking community and is excited to have participated in the documentary HOLLYWOOD TO HARTFORD. She also performed stand up comedy at Gotham Comedy Club in NYC, The Metropolitan Room and The Triad Theatre. Along with acting on stage and screen, Melissa loves to host events and looks forward to seeing you September 5th at Cinestudio in Hartford, Connecticut! by @missingtheminiseries
