Big waves, proud smiles, and some very special guests! ❤️ Our students were so excited to perform for their grandparents and show off the school they love. From the special program to visits in the classrooms, STEM lab, and art show, Grandparents Day at MVCS was full of sweet moments that brought our theme to life: Generations Together, One in Christ. Thank you, grandparents, for loving and cheering on our students! “One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.” Psalm 145:4 by @mission.viejo.christian.school
A little style. A lot of faith. 👕 Christian Tee Day brought smiles and messages of faith across MVCS. 😀 From Bible verses to joyful reminders of God’s love, our students wore words worth sharing. We love these everyday opportunities to celebrate our faith and encourage one another as ONE in Christ! #MissionViejoChristianSchool #MVCS #ChristianEducation #ChristCenteredEducation #ChristianTeeDay by @mission.viejo.christian.school
Small bricks. Big ideas. 🐼 Third grade students teamed up in our STEM lab to build LEGO helicopters and program them for a mission: rescue a panda and deliver food! From following instructions to building, coding, and testing, students put creativity and problem-solving into action. 👍 We love seeing them develop their God-given gifts, encourage one another, and discover what their ideas can do. The smiles after a successful rescue? The best part! #MissionViejoChristianSchool #MVCS #ChristianEducation #ChristCenteredEducation #STEMLearning by @mission.viejo.christian.school
California, with a side of frosting! 🍪 Our fourth graders made California-shaped cookies at home, then brought them to class for a sweet geography project. With parents joining the fun, students decorated their cookies and brought their learning to life. ✌️ We love seeing creativity, hands-on learning, and partnership with parents come together at MVCS. A memorable lesson with a delicious finish! #MissionViejoChristianSchool #MVCS #ChristianEducation #ChristCenteredEducation #CaliforniaCookieProject by @mission.viejo.christian.school
Good food, meaningful fellowship, and a shared heart for our students. Mrs. Gribble welcomed pastors and elders from Mission Viejo Christian Church to campus for a morning of breakfast, prayer, and connection with MVCS administration. 🙏 Our theme, ONE in Christ, reminds us of the joy and purpose we share. ❤️ We are grateful for a partnership rooted in faith as we nurture Christ-like character and academic excellence, helping equip students to influence the world for Jesus Christ. “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Thank you to our pastors and elders for your prayers, encouragement, and care for our MVCS community. ❤️ What a blessing to walk together in this work! #MissionViejoChristianSchool #MVCS #ChristianEducation #ChristCenteredEducation OneInChrist by @mission.viejo.christian.school
