I love this design so much that I jumped at the chance to participate in the crochet test for @dagworthy even though it required fingering weight yarn. Of course I didn’t have any on hand and of course I needed to make it in merino wool even though the recommended yarn is cotton. So against better judgement, I expedited some yarn following my 7 swatches and crocheted like the wind. I’m so happy with how it came out! I made this one with @malabrigoyarn arroyo in Umbria and Sand. Umbria was MADE to be a crocheted mallard duck hat. I’m so happy with how it turned out! 🦆 📸 @liquidscribing by @missknitz

Photo dump of some bandanas I’ve made recently. I made the #flowerpowerbandana (third photo) with a new to me yarn @camarosedk Snefnug. It’s a blend of baby alpaca, Egyptian cotton, and merino. It’s so nice to work with and the finished product has a beautiful halo just like you’d get from adding a strand of mohair, but at a fraction of the cost. by @missknitz
