Body image struggles are real, especially in industries like dance. But Leighton learned to love her body for what it is and does for her every day.
A balanced lifestyle nourishes it, no need for self-hate. Your body changes, and that's beautiful. Don't let a stereotype hold you back from dancing. 💃🏻
More on body image in the full episode available in YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. 🎙️
