Greetings from Saint Bernard 😅 top of Col du petit saint bernard. Mountain pass between France and Italy. A 27km climb with 1400m elevation, a long but very gentle (easy 🤪) climb.

Last week I went (cycled 🙃) down the memory lane! Cycled to the top of Col de l' liseran - highest paved pass in Europe. We used to live in Tignes a few years back so that was my local climb I cycled up many times 🙂
This time we made it extra spicy - cycled from the bottom of the valley, so 50km with 2000m elevation and then 50km descent 💥🤪
It was so good to be back!! Always feels like home there 🫶

Lake Annecy never disappoints! Such a gorgeous place on earth!! Perfect way to start my week in the Alps - a swim, a stroll, fresh fruit from a stall and crêpes for lunch 👌 all in glorious sunshine!!

Day 2 of bike touring weekend. Hastings back to London via Lewis (to minimize the hill impact 🤭).
Gorgeous countryside and picture perfect villages. What's not to like??? Even my legs felt surprisingly fresh!!

Day 1 of yearly bike touring weekend with @rprouleurs. This year we headed from London to Hastings over what felt like hundreds of steep hills. It definitely wasn't an easy day in the saddle, but nevertheless, always great fun!
