Life is definitely moving at 100mph at the moment! 🤪💨

So many different projects, work commitments, rehearsals, plans and plates spinning… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love being busy and I’m so grateful for all the opportunities, but sometimes you don’t realise quite how much you need to just switch off for a little while. ❤️

Last night I spent a few precious hours with my nephews — laughing, playing, being silly and just completely present.

And honestly… it was exactly the medicine I needed. 🥰

A little reminder that amongst all the deadlines, to-do lists and chasing the next thing, sometimes the best reset is simply spending time with the people you love most. ❤️

Back to 100mph today… but with a very full heart. ✨

Turns out I really do love being in front of a camera 😂🎥

Whether it’s presenting, dancing, sharing something I love or creating content, I think I’m happiest when I get to be a little bit creative. ✨

And it’s funny how all the different parts of your life start to overlap — the confidence you build in one area somehow finds its way into everything else.

17 years ago today, we said “I do”… 🤍

But our story actually started 26 years ago — and somehow that feels both like a lifetime and like it’s gone in the blink of an eye.

26 years of growing up together, building a life together, raising our family, making memories, laughing, navigating the ups and downs… and still choosing each other through it all.

I wouldn’t want to do this crazy little thing called life with anyone else.

17 years married. 26 years us. And I love you more with every year that passes. ❤️

Last night was one of those “look how far you’ve come” moments ✨

Standing up and presenting at an Arbonne event reminded me just how much saying YES to this business has brought into my life.

It’s so much more than the products. It’s the confidence I’ve gained, the people I’ve met, the opportunities I’ve had and the chance to build something of my own alongside an already busy life. 🤍

And the best part? I started exactly where everyone starts — simply deciding to give it a go.

A fantastic day in Manchester with the Iceland Foods International & Partnerships team! ❤️

It was great to get our Marketing, Admin and Pricing teams together for a day away from our desks—starting with coffee at Tabitha’s, putting our teamwork to the test at the Crystal Maze Experience, enjoying incredible pizza at Forbici, and ending with plenty of laughs (and a bit of friendly competition! 🎯) at Flight Club.

Days like these are a great reminder that the best partnerships start with great people. Thanks to everyone who made it such a fun day! ✨
