Girl dinner in 10 mins is a win in my book 🤤 Which girl dinner is a win for you ? 🤩

I used @itscatfishforyou catfish fish kebabs (that are so so good!) & their fish fingers. Catfish is a much firmer fish so it absorbs flavor so well while maintaining structure when deep fried. Grab all these frozen catfish options from @greenspoonke.

Food and flavour are best experienced over conversation with friends or strangers who later become acquaintances or friends. Throwdown Blends Bar main aim is not only a space you can purchase our spice blends however a space we showcase how versatile they are with locally sourced produce or simply the many ways you can cook with the blends through curated tasting parties twice a month. This past weekend, we officially launched Throwdown Blends Bar, a new experience for Throwdown Blends located at @pambanrb at @kreators.afrika - an amazing third space.

A space to shop our spices, discover new flavours, and experience curated tasting boards during our tasting parties that happen twice a month.

And yes… our second tasting party is already on the way. 👀

Catfish for breakfast? 👀 smash or pass ?

I know. Hear me out.

Creamy oats, a beautifully seasoned catfish fillet from @itscatfishforyou , chilli oil and just enough heat to keep you going back for another bite.

And I know you might not believe me, but when we hosted the soft launch of the Throwdown Blends Bar, we had some of our Throwdown lovers try this catfish and let’s just say, they were pleasantly surprised. 👀
