@missmandii you are GORGEOUS!Honestly, choosing which slide to post first was a whole struggle because how do you choose when every single picture is giving TEN OVER TEN?! 😮‍💨 Thank you for trusting me with your glam and for choosing me to be part of your beauty moments. It was such a pleasure glamming you, and I’m so happy you loved your look. You made my work so easy because beauty was already in the room! 🩷🩷🩷

This week the Guys for Hip Hop take over the yard and yeah,
the line-up is looking ridiculous. 🎤💥

Sneaker painting is back too, with limited pairs available for the experience, so don’t sleep.

Music, kicks, community, chaos in the right proportions.
It’s PAMBA Wednesday. You know the drill.

September came in loud‼️

The first week had the city moving from one night to the next..: and if Nairobi taught us anything, it’s that the night doesn’t really have an ending.

This past weekend, we officially launched Throwdown Blends Bar, a new experience for Throwdown Blends located at @pambanrb at @kreators.afrika - an amazing third space.

A space to shop our spices, discover new flavours, and experience curated tasting boards during our tasting parties that happen twice a month.

And yes… our second tasting party is already on the way. 👀

Ticket link drops soon.

Where it all started….

The Fundi’s delivered the brief 👏🏾

We moved in & got to styling.

I spent hours scouring through thrift shops

I knew part of the decor needed to be home.

Shoutout to @chaqula_ I called her and she led me to the right stores to get what I need.

The best part of working on this instillation is that I can always change according to my taste, travels, inspo etc.

Setting up the props reminded me of the many hours I would dress mannequins while working at sneaker stores.

I took my time putting this together. Nothing was rushed.

It was amazing to see this come to life. It was once a dream.

Of course I had to add a little baby Mandi onto the installation

Throwdown Blends Bar - nairobis first spice bar 🤩

It’s been so amazing to see the response to this dream I had. 🫶🏾

Season 4 of For Mannerless Women. What a ride!

To every woman who trusted us with her story, truth, lessons, laughter, tears, and becoming, thank you. You made this season what it was.

And to every woman who watched, shared an episode, sent a clip to a friend, left a comment, or saw herself reflected in these conversations, thank you for being part of this community.

This season reminded me that there is no one way to be a woman. There is only the courage to become more of yourself.

Now it's your turn!

In the comments, TAG the MANNERLESS women you want to see on the show next season.

Or, if that woman is you, MANNERLESSLY nominate yourself.

Can you keep a secret?

We’ve been quietly building a Throwdown Bar. ☕️🍸

Right now, it’s measurements, moodboards, unboxings, and controlled chaos…
but piece by piece, the bar is coming together.

If you’d want to be one of the first to visit when we open soon, leave your favorite emoji below. 🫶🏾
