It’s Wednesday but how about a little sneak peek preview? Put in my updated ANYC masquerade application yesterday so I had to get wear update photos of Vampire Julietta and Vampire. ❤️ My friend who will be wearing West won’t be visiting till this weekend so the dressform had to get the dressing. I’m so happy with everything. All the have to be done are basically done so it’s basically alllllll extra detail work time. ❤️ Fingers crossed I make it into the contest!

I’m so excited to say the sewing on the Vampires is done!!!! Necessary sewing technically. As I’d like to add some beading and still need to make Julietta’s shoes. I do apologize I was pretty bad at sharing Vampire’s progress and didn’t realize it(I was bad in general about taking pictures of work in it). Yes the nail gloves are kinda creepy. Husband’s shoes are a set of boots that I’ve dyed but are still drying. ❤️ West mainly just needs her gloves and sleeves and she’ll be done too!
I do feel emotional with how close these are to done. It’s been almost a year since I started these and I can’t believe the finish line is in sight.

Nothing too fancy for today’s WIP Wednesday. Lots more beading done. A neck piece done and some back panels done. I did FINALLY get West’s front lower corset piece done beading wise after nearly a month. As well as the hip piece onto the corset.

Long time no WIP Wednesday. While I’ve still been doing a ton of work it was all small parts that didn’t look like much. Now that I have something that looks like progress tada! Husband’s jacket is more than a pile! Still have some work to do on it. I’ve got Julietta’s purple underskirt finished and attached to the main piece. Redid West’s feather/hip set up and I’m happier with it. And the never ending beading for the front flap part for West. And I can’t remember if I’ve shown off the finished staff for West, 0 regrets on the glitter spray paint.

Took more time than I meant to for a WIP Wednesday post but here we are! I’ve made a lot more progress on West! Not pictured is her grommets in the back(forgot to snag a pic). And Julietta’s sleeves are FINALLY done!!! Along with the beading on her neck piece! Finally feel like I’m making some real progress.

Oh look another WIP Wednesday post! Got the bust cups into Julietta’s corset body and have the fashion layer attached to the structure layer. I’ve spent extra time to make sure those cups were shaped and boned to give proper support on their own. West Witch’s corset is almost done, beading gap at the bottom is mainly all that’s left and figuring out the piece that hangs behind the lower part. ❤️ I wanted to have enough progress done when applications open and I’m feeling better about it. Not pictured is my husband’s shirt for Vampire finished and the mockup done for the jacket and vest.

An actual WIP Wednesday post? Yes! I’ve been forgetful but also just life has been body slamming lately. Julietta’s sleeves just need their dangly beads attached and the ruffs put on top. Neck piece is almost done. Starting the cups now and they’re off to a solid start.
West has her hat done(other than magnets), her neck piece just needs its back closure. The corset is most of the way done, need to finish a few details and close it up!

Happy 10 years of cosplaying Sakizo designs! This features only finished designs and not any WIP pieces. So for completed pieces that’s 17 of them! I’ll be adding 3-4 more this year so by end of year it’ll be right around 20! I love their designs so much and have for years. The quality of my work with these has changed so much over the years. I have 0 plans to stop cosplaying Sakizo designs anytime soon, so many left that I want to do! ❤️
If I include WIPs there’s like 6 more. 😂

A WIP Wednesday post made vs just a story? Surprising. Made a ton of progress on the sleeves, I spent two full days on just the scallop pieces to get them done exactly as I wanted with no regrets. Upper part of the sleeve is now mostly done and just needs a bit more before I can consider the sleeves done.

Post @nekocon_official post. I had a wonderful time being one of the judges for Nekocon’s craftsmanship contest. I appreciate @chikicosplay , amazing coordinator, trusting my rusty judging skills. ❤️ It was awesome getting to judge with @calmdowncrafts and @cailinredtail , both are incredibly talented. It was great seeing a lot of friends I don’t usually get to see as well. I’m considering at least going again next year if I don’t apply to judge again. ❤️ Congrats to all the winners from the contests, you all worked super hard! by @missmina2
