WE ARE ON THE MOVE ! After 5 big amazing years trading from our beloved St Kilda shop we have decided to move to a “by appointment only” studio space closer to home in Moorabbin & better suited to our new life with baby on board.
We will miss you St Kilda! There will be a post up on here, Facebook and google when we are settled in and ready to take on bookings.

A massive massive thank you to everyone that has supported us through this journey so far. I never knew I could be so damn busy (queues out the door type of busy) and that by doing what I love I could be as happy as I am today ✨ Thank you, thank you from every corner of my heart. ✨

Another fun unique project working on this beautiful fabric light shade for @georgia.ezra of @studio_ezra
Concept, execution and brass structure by the incredible lighting studio just around the corner @ilanel and his designers for this project @cd.studios
They came to me with their plans and ideas and I played around to get the right kind of soft ruffle bubble technique that sits around the top edge. It Velcro’s on and off for cleaning ;)

✨James and his giant umbrella sculpture ‘I’m you’ ✨ so incredible to see this all come together. My final job before I left for maternity leave was to shorten the fabric on each umbrella … almost like 18 dress hems and to add little ties to each panel so @_billyripper could fashion it all together and create this absolute masterpiece. He even won the NGV award. Go James 👏

✨Gauri & Tejas on their wedding day ✨ Gauri had her silk dress made into a pantsuit and how stunning does she look?! We separated the centre front seam down the skirt section to create the inleg and crotch seams, lifted the waistline, reset the pleats and adjusted the bodice to fit. So so lovely to receive these beautiful photos of pure happiness during my time off work. If anyone else has captured some moments in their alterations or custom outfits and would like to share, please send them my way. 💕

Whoahhh, big news! Many of you already know and many of you probably don’t! Surprise! The shop has reached full capacity slightly earlier than expected for the rest of the month ! AND we will be fully closed October & November for maternity leave. All garments already in-store are able to be collected in the regular shop hours until Saturday 30th September 3pm.. you will be individually notified as always upon completion of your orders. For now a massive thank you to everyone that has kept me going while my waistline rapidly expands. My little shop wouldn’t be the same buzz without you 🙏. Things may be a little different when I return with pending service times for December and January. Stay tuned and thank you for your patience while I navigate the new life ahead 💕

Adding or replacing a layer of lining to your garments can not only make them less see-through it can also give your garment more structure and prolong the life against wear and tear. This Prada dress was made so beautifully with tiny delicate seams in a lovely fabric but for some reason they didn’t consider that everything could be seen underneath, or maybe that was intentional? I don’t know, but for many of us that like a little modesty it would be almost impossible to find a matching slip in the same tone/colour and neckline without showing any extra seams and straps. So the best option was to add a lining !

🌞 Closed this Friday 14th October 🌞Otherwise pop in anytime during the usual shop hours. Walk in service. All alterations, repairs and tailoring to existing garments expect a 1 week or more turn around time.
