HAPPY 1ST GOTCHA DAY!!! 🩵

A year ago on the evening of May 26th, Meowmy walked into @kcpetproject inside @petco — like she does when she’s stressed and needs to be around animals.

She didn’t plan to adopt…until she saw me.

She says the moment she looked into my eyes, something just clicked. She went home raving to Pawpaw about this cute black cat with huge green eyes and a big personality (me, obviously).

Pawpaw told her, “If you’re still thinking about her tomorrow, we’ll go back.”

So the next morning May 27th, Meowmy sprang out of bed and dragged Pawpaw to KC Pet Project bright and early!

Everyone was still sleepy but Meowmy was determined.

As soon as I saw them come in, I ran up and meowed at Pawpaw like we were already family — and boom, I won both their hearts.

But then…one of the staff got a phone call and told them, “Hey, just so you know — someone just called and said they’re on their way to come get her.”

Meowmy did not blink. She looked at Pawpaw and said, “We’re not leaving without her.” And just like that, the adoption papers were signed.

I had found my forever home.

Since then, it’s been a year of love, zoomies, snuggles, tummy troubles (thanks IBD), glam moments, and pure chaos — in the best way.

They’ve taken care of me through it all, and I’ve taken care of their hearts. And I’ve gotten to share my dramatic little self here with all of you online too.

Thank you for being part of my world. I love you.

Purrs & Meow, Miss Paneer 🐈‍⬛💚

Happy 2nd Gotcha Day to my sweet Miss Paneer 🖤

Two years ago, I brought home a tiny black cat from KC Pet Project, not knowing that she would completely change my life forever. I genuinely can’t write this without crying. You have been my comfort on my hardest days, my happiness in the smallest moments, and such a light not only in my life, but in everyone’s life who gets the chance to meet you. There is something so unbelievably special about you. Every single person who meets you falls in love with you instantly.

You are the softest, sweetest, most loving soul I have ever known. Even through every vet visit, every scary moment with your IBD, every flare up, you have stayed so strong, so trusting, and so full of love. Watching such a tiny little cat fight so hard while still choosing to love the world so gently breaks my heart and heals it at the same time.

Being your mom has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Thank you for every cuddle, every little meow, every adventure, every silly outfit, every head bump, and every moment of unconditional love.

You didn’t just find a home two years ago. You gave me one too. I love you forever, Miss Paneer. Here’s to many more years with my soul cat 🖤🐈‍⬛

Spend the day shopping with me! 🛍️
Honestly, a girl needs her retail therapy, and I am doing it in total high fashion style today! I am absolutely obsessed with my new @fikago_us FLYTTA PLUS stroller, it is giving luxury, it is giving comfort, and so many people stopped me to tell me how cute I look! 💗

It’s the absolute perfect ride for the summer heat because it’s so breezy, but the real magic is the detach feature. It goes from a chic car seat to a stroller in two seconds flat, which makes hopping in and out of the car for shopping trips so easy.
