Another year around the sun! ☀️🎂🥂

Waking up this morning, I’ve had such a flood of emotions.

My 30’s have been about being BRAVE. Taking chances on myself and doing the things I never had the courage to do before.

I took a chance on myself and decided to study again. I’m currently a Masters student studying Music Therapy, and this journey has shown me more of myself than ever before. It has challenged me, stretched me and taught me so much about who I am and who I’m becoming.

I’m still so blessed to be able to travel and perform all over the world, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences, opportunities and memories that have brought me to this point.

I’ve made mistakes, I’ve learned, I’ve grown, and I’m still figuring things out. But I’m learning to be proud of the woman I’m becoming.

I’m grateful for every blessing, every lesson, every closed door, every new beginning and every person who has been part of my story. I truly believe I am exactly where I’m supposed to be, and that I’m on the right path for the journey God has planned for me.

So Today, I chose to be happy. 🥹🙌🏾

Getting older isn’t so scary anymore! 😌

Here’s to another year of courage, growth, purpose, adventure and becoming.
