The 🐱 is out the 💼... Literally.

I took part in MTV Catfish UK Season 3 🐱🐠

I feel incredibly lucky to have been given an opportunity of a lifetime to take part in MTV's biggest and most watched show.

Thank you so much to everyone that has taken the time to watch the episode. Massive thank you to the producers for giving me and my story a platform, Oobah and Nella for being the absolute heart of the show, Jay for being extremely understanding and lovely throughout, Lou for taking part in the phonecall and everyone else that may have been part of the episode in some way.

It’s been a privilege over the last few years to take part in several radio and podcast interviews.

Ever since my time on reality TV, I’ve wanted to use whatever platform I have for something that truly matters. For me, that’s speaking openly about mental health and helping to raise awareness around the struggles that so many people face behind closed doors.

If sharing my own experiences encourages even one person to reach out, feel less alone, or start an important conversation, then it’s all been worth it.

Thank you to everyone who has invited me to share my story, and to everyone who continues to support these conversations. Mental health matters, and together we can help break the stigma. 💚 by @misstiffanylouise

A whole year since my Catfish UK episode aired on MTV. 📽️

Never in my wildest dreams did I anticipate the outpouring of love and support I have received in the last year. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🙏

I always said that if I could just help one person by sharing my story then it would be worth everything, and by the 100s of messages I have received from you all saying how the episode has done just that, I'd say it was mission accomplished. 🤍

Special thanks to everyone who took so much time to work on the episode, I'm forever grateful for the time producers took to listen to my story and showcase it in the best way possible. 🥰 (@kirstyadderton @harrisontelly)

This time last year I was up in Newcastle filming for Catfish UK.

I cannot believe it's been a whole year since filming.

Thank you to everyone that was involved in my episode. Holly, Sachelle, Mark, Kirsty, Sophie, Harrison, Jack.. every single producer, crew member.. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to share my story on MTV.

Special thank you to the most amazing producer @producermarky for looking after me during filming. (Miss you babes 😘)

My aim in doing this show was to educate and help and by the incredible reaction and outpouring of love and support I've received, I'd say it was mission accomplished.

Happy 1st Birthday to my beautiful baby Lulu 🐾
Those of you that know the reason behind why I got Lulu will know just how special she is.
Just before my Dad died, he took Lulu's mum to be bred but sadly never got to meet the pups as they were born after he had passed away.
My Dad would never of admitted it but I know that his dogs were his world and he loved them so much so in his memory I bought Lulu.
The love that I get from her every single day has helped me through the most horrendous of days. She has been like a therapy dog to me and it is almost like Dad sent her to look after me.
I know he would be so happy to know I've got Lulu and that we are looking after each other.

Happy 1st Birthday my beautiful Lulu, I could not love you anymore if I tried 🥰✨
