#hurricationqal #hurricationquilt #olieandevie Finally finished this - started last Fall! This was so fun (and challenging) to design the fabric choices and placement. Finished 56”x56” and now hangs in our kitchen eating area 🥰 (Fabulous quilting done by Olie and Evie in Lewisville, Idaho!) by @misstonimh

Still working on the arrangement. Has anyone else “cheated” with the triangle corner pieces, moving them around so they look better or don’t end up in the same “4 unit” as another of the same fabric? #hurricationquilt #hurricationqal by @misstonimh

Finished 4 more blocks and partially finished the remainder - now for the rearranging! I’m happy with the upper left and lower right but probably will be tweaking the rest this coming week. That’s actually part of the fun and when my husband gets involved👍😉🧐.

#hurricationqal blocks coming along nicely! I’ve always loved puzzles and making this truly feels like one!
Our Murphy Bed works pretty well for my design wall - SO helpful! Mine will be 4x4 blocks #hurricationquilt #stashbusterquilt by @misstonimh

Test block done for #hurricationqal. The recommendation to make a test block was very helpful. (Learned some good and bad results regarding fabric placement.) I’ll be making a wall hanging/tablecloth that is 4x4 blocks. All fabrics are cut now (just waiting on an order for more background fabric) and I’m ready to get on schedule for this QAL👌😀⏱ - it’s Week 2👍

Need to decide which fabrics to use for the new #hurricationqal . I’ll sleep on it and hopefully it’ll be clear in the morning! Anyone else ever have this happen? Should be a great QAL to join😉. by @misstonimh

Thank you to #easypiecyquilts for this free pattern! What a great quick project. Spray paint an old pot with some blue we had hangin’ around and it makes for a festive centerpiece 🇺🇸♥️🤍💙#fourthofjulydecor #redwhiteandblue #easycraftideas by @misstonimh
