Today during my interview with Zee TV, I was asked to name my favorite Bollywood movie. My answer: 3 Idiots. 🎬✨

What I love about the film is its reminder that we are not all meant to follow the same path. Hindu philosophy teaches that each person has their own dharma—their own nature, gifts, and calling. When we abandon that calling simply to pursue money, status, or someone else’s expectations, we can lose something essential within ourselves.

As Krishna teaches in the Bhagavad Gita 3.35: It is better to follow your own path imperfectly than to perfectly follow the path of another.

3 Idiots brings that wisdom into modern life so beautifully: discover what you love, honor the gifts you were given, and have the courage to pursue your path. 🌸

🐾❤️ The best way to wake up every morning? Kisses from my baby, Krishna Pu! 🥰🐶💋

What a blessing it is to have someone in my life who expresses his love so freely, without hesitation or expectation.

Krishna Pu may not be able to communicate through words, but he speaks volumes through his actions. Every morning, his excitement, his loving demeanor, and his endless desire to shower my face with kisses remind me that love doesn’t always need words to be understood. 💕

I like to think those little kisses are his way of saying, “Thank you for loving me. I’m so happy you’re here.” 🥹❤️

And my heart responds with the same gratitude.

What a beautiful gift it is to love and be loved so unconditionally. No complicated conversations, no hidden agendas, just pure affection and the joy of being together.

✨ What a surprise! What a treat! ❤️

It’s always such a pleasure running into Septimius the Great and Rashad! 🥰

I first met these two wonderful gentlemen at Shaugun’s L.A. Fashion Closet two years ago, and ever since, our paths have crossed at fashion events all around Los Angeles!

But running into them at my favorite restaurant and hangout spot? What a delightful surprise! And finding out it’s THEIR favorite spot too? Even better! 😍

I was so excited to learn that the L.A. Fashion Closet after-party will be held here! I was already planning to attend the fashion show, but now I’m definitely coming to the after-party too! 🎉

I miss my L.A. Fashion Closet family! I’m forever grateful for the opportunity they gave me to debut my activewear line, Yoga and Chill, on their runway. What beautiful memories! 💕

And whenever I see Septimius, I’m reminded of how much my dad adores him! ❤️ I still remember unexpectedly finding myself at Septimius’s Grammy podcast. The moment my dad heard Septimius was there, he called, and Septimius graciously took the phone to chat with him again. Such a sweet moment I’ll never forget!

Life has the most wonderful way of bringing beautiful people back into our orbit. Looking forward to reconnecting with the whole L.A. Fashion Closet family very soon!

People often have preconceived ideas about how an educated, accomplished woman should behave. ✨

I went to medical school, practiced medicine for nearly a decade, earned board certifications in Disability & Impairment Medicine and Integrative Medicine, bought my home, and paid it off.

I also pursued certifications in Kundalini yoga and Vedic astrology and completed the equivalent of three university-level courses through the Sophia Code.

Yet I don’t behave with the seriousness people associate with those accomplishments.

I speak softly, ask questions, use upward inflections, and embrace femininity, whimsy, and playfulness. I often approach conversations as though I know nothing because I love discovering how others think.

Then people learn about my background and sometimes feel tricked!

But I didn’t deceive anyone. They simply projected their expectations onto me.

Perhaps if they had my education, they would constantly assert authority. But that’s not how I choose to live.

Softness isn’t ignorance. Playfulness isn’t incompetence. Femininity isn’t intellectual inferiority.

I’ve spent years in environments demanding authority. Now I choose curiosity, creativity, and freedom.

I didn’t pursue education to become imprisoned by other people’s expectations. I pursued it to expand my freedom. ❤️

✨ I don’t need to be chosen to know my worth. ✨

A woman who knows herself doesn’t seek a man simply because he seeks her. She chooses love with intention—because attraction may spark a connection, but alignment is what sustains it.

Somewhere between devotion, ambition, and self-discovery, I’ve learned that love is about far more than chemistry.

My spiritual journey has taught me to value compassion, integrity, humility, and service. Life has taught me to value independence, intellectual curiosity, emotional maturity, and above all, JOY. ❤️

I want a partner who can carry great responsibility without losing his sense of humor. Someone accomplished without arrogance, spiritual without rigidity, and strong without needing to control.

As I continue building my creative and humanitarian legacy, I think about the example I hope to set for the world—and the character of the person who may one day walk beside me.

I don’t need a man to give me a title, status, or identity. I’ve spent a lifetime discovering who I am.

I want someone whose character I admire as deeply as I love him. Someone who celebrates my freedom rather than trying to contain it.

And until I meet that person, I’m comfortable embracing relationships on my own terms—including being a mistress, if that arrangement is honest, consensual, and respectful to everyone involved. Just as some Indian women choose to maintain relationships outside marriage before entering an arranged marriage, I believe adults should be free to make their own choices without shame or judgment.

Because the greatest love isn’t about possession, prestige, or being chosen.

It’s about two whole people choosing each other—freely, joyfully, and with mutual respect. 💕

And until then? I’ll keep dancing, dreaming, creating, and enjoying this beautiful life. 🌸

✨ Being Friendly Doesn’t Mean I’m Romantically Available! 👑💋

Lately, I’ve noticed that several men I’ve befriended at the park are suddenly expressing romantic interest, sometimes even sending their friends over to tell me they like me! 😂

Here’s the thing: I’m naturally friendly, affectionate, and open. I love connecting with people! But friendship doesn’t automatically mean I’m interested in physical intimacy. That’s a whole different ballgame!

At this stage of my life, my question is simple: What do you bring to the table?

Do you have the resources to support my creative ambitions? Can you expand my visibility as an artist? Help me reach a wider audience? My father built me an 8,000-square-foot home. I’ve experienced substantial material support in my life. Why would I pursue another relationship that doesn’t meaningfully enrich it?

I’m perfectly happy being a mistress in my unconventional relationship of six years. ❤️ My partner and I share a bond that many people couldn’t handle.

When I tried dating in 2021, while recovering from human trafficking, several men disappeared the moment they learned about my trauma.

My partner stayed.

He stood beside me through circumstances most people wouldn’t even know how to navigate. That kind of loyalty is priceless.

I don’t expect him to fulfill every ambition, but I’m certainly not shopping around for someone who offers neither that depth of connection nor meaningful support for my dreams!

I’ve spent years surviving, healing, and rebuilding my life. I’m not looking to become someone else’s cheerleader at the expense of my own aspirations.

I want someone who celebrates ME, champions MY dreams, and helps ME shine! ✨

I’m happy to offer friendship freely. But romance and intimacy are choices, not obligations.

Being approachable doesn’t mean I’m available. And knowing my worth doesn’t mean I’m arrogant. 👑❤️

✨ Featured in VoyageLA Magazine! ✨

A little late sharing this wonderful news! 💖 Due to some email miscommunication, I only recently discovered that my interview with VoyageLA Magazine was published on February 5, 2026!

This interview means so much to me because it reflects how far I’ve come in my healing journey.

It’s been only five years since I survived kidnapping, human trafficking, being hunted, hiding for my life, and physical torture. Experiences most people cannot begin to imagine, much less understand the lasting impact of.

And yet, here I am. Still healing, but also designing fashion, dancing, acting, creating, and embracing the beauty of life! 🌸

Something I’ve learned is that when survivors begin to thrive, others sometimes question their credibility simply because they cannot imagine recovering from such circumstances themselves.

But someone else’s inability to imagine your recovery does not invalidate your experience.

Sometimes our very existence challenges the limitations others place upon themselves. Rather than projecting those insecurities onto someone else, perhaps we can use those feelings as opportunities for self-reflection and growth.

I’m proud to have reached a place where trauma no longer defines every conversation. I have dreams, passions, ambitions, and joy!

Five years ago, I was fighting to survive. Today, I’m creating a life I love. ❤️

My healing doesn’t invalidate my trauma. It’s a testament to how far I’ve come.

What an incredible milestone! My Peacock design, which debuted at Paris Fashion Week SS27, is now featured in Harper’s Bazaar Serbia!

For a first-time luxury fashion designer, this is truly a dream come true! 🥹✨

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer.

Whenever my parents left the house, I would sneak into their closet, open their old suitcases, and pull out all the beautiful fabrics they had stored away. Then I’d start cutting, draping, and creating! Needless to say, I got into a LOT of trouble! 😂✂️

Even as a child, I saw clothing differently. I wanted garments that didn’t simply cover the body but celebrated its beauty, accentuated its natural form, and transformed fabric into wearable art.

Decades later, that little girl’s imagination has become the Mary Magdalene Collection, my debut luxury fashion line celebrating femininity, spirituality, cultural heritage, and the timeless power of women.

And where did that dream make its international debut?

PARIS FASHION WEEK! 🇫🇷✨

To now see my own creation featured in an internationally respected fashion publication is an accomplishment I will treasure forever.

My heartfelt gratitude to Queen Meena and Trailblazer Queen Productions for giving me the opportunity to turn a lifelong childhood dream into reality. ❤️

This milestone means so much more than fashion. It’s about reinvention, perseverance, and having the courage to pursue your dreams at any stage of life.
