My cheat codes: what I’m doing to keep my skin as youthful as possible at 36- it’s maintenance but I really love skincare, I see this routine as a huge part of my self-care.

Balancing my hormones by working with @buddingminds__ - I can’t recommend this highly enough as we did lab tests to work out what I needed specifically to optimise my body, then chose supplements according to fill any gaps in my diet.

Making sure to hydrate properly with electrolytes, cut refined sugar down as much as possible & eat whole foods focusing on protein and fibre

Prioritising my sleep hygiene & quality - this still needs work 🥴

In Bali I was using the infrared sauna 4x weekly, but in London I think I’m about to invest in a @higherdose sauna blanket for ease

Daily massage using my hands, gua sha by @sifaliskin or copper wand by @mariereynoldslondon

Lymphatic drainage with @sifaliskin for cheekbones that touch the sky

@katieenglandskin for the most incredible buccal massage & luxurious facial that melts tension & lifts everything

Switching to medical grade skincare from reputable brands to target my specific concerns, specifically retinol!

My secret weapons for in-salon facials & treatments;

@pfeffersal for the most thorough facials, lasers for tightening, brightening & acne treatment.

@remedilondon for cryotherapy, skin-boosters, chemical peels & polynucleotides

@saloncstellar for micro-needling & Radio-frequency with exosomes

@teresatarmey for EMS micro-current & the most chic clinic in London!

@shape.me.ldn for Lymphatic body treatments, radiofrequency & cavitation, because your bodily system affects the skin on your face too! ❤️

I’m thinking of starting a Substack where I collate all my beauty, lifestyle & more personal thoughts for you babes.. would you be interested in that format? Let me know.. love T xx taken in London, United Kingdom by @misstpw
