Hi, I’m Val! 👋🏼

If you’re new here, these are just some of the titles I’ve earned over the years.

I created this page to share about all things mom life, educate & share about hair, & to spread more awareness about Chiari Malformation. My youngest daughter was diagnosed & had major brain/spine surgery when she was 20 months old.

I love spreading kindness & making others feel good…inside & out.
Let’s be friends🫶🏼

When a child chooses distance, it’s usually protection—not punishment.

Kids don’t leave love.
They leave what hurts.
