A dream that you wish will come true…

I am the 35th @misswaynecountymi!

Walking away with over $1,000 in scholarship money, the Overall Interview Award, the Stronger Together Scholarship Award, and a tie for the On-Stage Question Award is incredibly meaningful to me, not only because of the work I’ve poured into this year, but because of the years of growth and perseverance that led me here.

I signed up for my first pageant during one of the darkest times in my life, searching for hope and something to believe in. Since then, I’ve wanted the opportunity to use my voice, my experiences, and my story to make a difference in the lives of others. That’s why I created @everafterwithmadison, and it’s the mission I’m honored to continue as Miss Wayne County.

There were times when I didn’t know what my future would look like. Day by day, I built my own ever after, and now I get to spend the next year encouraging others to believe in what’s possible for their own lives, too.

Being welcomed into the Miss Wayne County legacy is an incredible honor, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Thank you to Sheila, Ameera, the volunteers, judges, my coach, my family, and my friends for believing in me every step of the way.

This title means so much more to me than a crown. It’s an opportunity to serve, to grow, and to continue chasing the dreams that brought me here.

Miss Wayne County has already changed my life, and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead on the road to @missamericami!

You had me at cannoli!🇮🇹🤌

As an Italian-American, getting to make my favorite dessert at Livonia Italian Bakery & Café was a dream! Lexi showed me how to put together their bestselling cannoli, complete with their delicious cream made fresh in-house. Safe to say I took this lesson very seriously! 🤍

Whether you supported them at Cannoli Festa or simply love a good cannoli and supporting local businesses, Livonia Italian Bakery & Café is the place to be! ❤️

35 years of serving Wayne County! 🇮🇹👑

What better way to celebrate 35 years of Livonia Italian Bakery & Café than with the 35th Miss Wayne County!

I had the opportunity to chat with owner Franco and get a behind-the-scenes tour of this beloved local business. From fresh-baked pastries and authentic Italian favorites to premade meals and so much more, there’s something for everyone!

I’m excited to share more from our collaboration! In the meantime, stop by, grab a cannoli, and support a business that’s been part of our community since 1991!❤️

Living life to the fullest🫶

A weekend in my life as @misswaynecountymi looked like volunteering with @ahamichigan, @missamericami Fall Forum, content collaborations, and @mifashionweek rehearsals. This opportunity continues to push me to say yes, show up, and build a life that feels fuller in every way!

Sometimes, the place where you find your strength starts as the place where you simply feel safe.

For @madison.nero , growing up in an abusive household meant finding moments of confidence wherever she could—including sitting at her vanity and looking in the mirror.

What started as a safe space eventually became something bigger: a place where she could dream.

After being placed in the custody of her aunt and uncle, Madison entered her first pageant—and for the first time, she began to believe that her future could be different.

Her story is a powerful reminder that your circumstances don’t have to define your future.

The adversity you overcome can become part of the story that helps someone else believe they can overcome, too.

Serving with heart❤️

I loved volunteering at the Ann Arbor Jackson Heart Ball with my sister queens and @missamericami. So grateful for the partnership between @missamerica and the American Heart Association and the chance to support women’s heart health together!
