Brunette is a 26 year old Pharmacist passionate about combating poverty and empowering underprivileged communities. Through BG Foundation, she champions initiatives focused on education, opportunity and youth empowerment for vulnerable children. Guided by compassion, resilience and purpose, she believes true leadership is measured by the lives we uplift and the impact we create within society.

She will be the 30th Zimbabwe representative to compete in Miss World.

Zimbabwe has placed 7x in their 29 participations in Miss World. The highest achievement for Zimbabwe was achieved by Angeline Musasiwa when she finished as the 3rd RU at Miss World 1994.

Celebrating 25 years of Young Africa Zimbabwe 🇿🇼

Today was a beautiful celebration of a legacy built on empowering young people with skills, opportunities and the confidence to create a better future for themselves and their communities.

It was an honour to be part of such a meaningful milestone and to witness the incredible work that continues to transform lives through education, vocational training and opportunity.

I also had the chance to visit various educational stations set up to educate our youth on issues that continue affecting us today , Mashambadzou Care Trust, @naczimbabwe @population.services.zimbabwe and of course an interview with @starfm_zw

The journey of Miss World Zimbabwe from 2011 to 2026 has been a story of challenges, absence, perseverance, and a remarkable recent comeback. Zimbabwe began the period strongly with a Top 15 finish in 2011, but the following years were marked by several unplaced results and periods when the country did not compete. After returning to the competition, Zimbabwe experienced another challenging stretch before finally making its comeback with a Top 40 placement in 2024. The country successfully maintained that momentum with another Top 40 finish in 2025, before making a major breakthrough in 2026 by reaching the Top 12. 🔥
