Update on my wedding progress! Thank goodness for my mom!! I’ve been working full time and a lot of overtime these last few weeks, so it’s amazing how much we managed to do!! I can’t believe our wedding will be here in less than a month!! Anyways lots of people have been reaching out got updates- I’ve been a little busy between my 9-6 and 6-2 lol! I’ll try to do better to update, but I also oscillate between over sharing, and keeping things as a surprise for the guests attending! I try to record everything to share everything after. But even that is a little inconsistent. Keeping my dress progress secret from Ryan has been the hardest thing I’ve done! Even tho the video doesn’t cover it- the corset is done!!!! That I will wait until the wedding to reveal as I’m so unbelievably proud of how beautiful it turned out!! #diybride #diywedding #destinationwedding #weddingtok by @missyeru

Part 2 of sewing my own wedding dress updates! My corset base is done, my skirt is done! I have a lot of hand stitching to do, and beading. I haven’t started my train, and I have 3 flower girl dresses to still sew- all while working full time! #diybride #diyweddingdress #customweddingdress #weddingtok #diywedding by @missyeru

My heart is so full of love from my bachelorette this past weekend! They say that you are a combination of your closest friends, and I think this weekend has proved that I’m the luckiest girl in the world to call all these amazing women friends! #bridalparty #bachloretteparty #whimsy #friends by @missyeru

When every engagement shoot dress you buy is wrong… so you make your own. ✂️

I actually made two dresses in the 48 hours before our flight using fabric from my stash, and this one ended up being my favorite.

Still not over how our engagement photos turned out. Photographer: @adeleport_wp

It’s hard to pick a cover photo when you love them all. These were all taken in and around the cutest little park in Mexico City. I even designed and printed us a custom newspaper to use as a prop for the shoot!

And I don’t think I mentioned this yet, but I made my dress just 48 hours before our flight to Mexico. Still can’t believe how perfectly everything came together.
