Congratulations to our son on his culmination. It feels like the end of an era for us. Our oldest is already stepping into her career, and our last two are now in high school. Feeling very grateful for this journey.🙏🏽 by @mistercalical

Old photos from my phone… got way more on my hard drives I need to revisit. Classic foundation bullies… IYKYK. Bloodlines still living on today.

So, It’s been a few years since we lost Mick 🐕… and since buying our home, it finally feels like time again 😊 Reached out to a few old friends, excited to see what happens 🙏🏽

Meanwhile… revisiting my Atomic Dogg days as art director, photographer & videographer… nothing but memories. Met some incredible people, some still around, some I hope to reconnect with one day.

We came in on Issue 4, everything before that was a stapled mag sold at dog shows. From there, we designed and built it out of my back house in Long Beach with Herb, my partner & editor-in-chief.

We traveled nationwide, shot and covered shows, organized events, then came home and produced the magazine front to back. A lot of legwork. A lot of deadlines. But worth it, watching the bully breed and the culture grow really fast.

From stapled pages to a fully bound, premium publication with heavy cardstock and spot UV covers, globally distributed in our first year. One of a kind!!

S/O to all six owners ✊🏽. Big thanks to the writers, photographers, event coordinators, artist, and all the breeders that helped make ADM what it was. 🫡

All grind. All worth it.

Last pic… mi familia with my boy Mickey. Truly missed 🙏🏽

🏆 We had the opportunity to exhibit our most recent work at the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) in Miami this past weekend and it was a privilege. We were all overjoyed to receive the award for ‘Best Documentary Feature’. S/O my right hand man, Director Eric ‘Ptah’ Herbert, the team and everyone involved for pushing themselves and their creativity to the limit.
