Foiling in the sea and actually catching and linking waves is the dream and this got me a lot closer and made me want to do it even more 🤙🏽

The ladder is quite a construction though, so I’m going to look for a descent where I can hopefully do the beach start instead 🏖️

If you are able to bring something like this out and the swell isn’t too big (common in The Netherlands) then it’s a great way to dock start your pump foil setup in the sea.

Now every little trip we do needs to be foil friendly 😅

The Vinkeveense Plassen are a great place to dock start and pumpfoil because each island has a surrounding wooden shoring of about 20-40cm high

Hope to return once I can do longer distances and try to go from island 1 until island 12 🏝️

Haven’t quite gotten the extra lift under control but we’re getting there 🏄‍♂️

Upgraded from a Armstrong V1 HS1850 to a A+ APF1880 setup ⚙️

When there's finally a sunny day again you've got to get out and pump (even though the water was still 7 degrees). A little rusty and my phone died before I got some good runs 🙃 taken in Leiden, the Netherlands by @misterfoils
