POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

That’s right, I got my Instagram account back.

It took a lot of time and effort (though a lot of that got me nowhere) but it seems sending a letter to a place where a real human might actually look at it actually made a difference.

Overall a pretty frustrating experience with lots of hopes raised, hopes dashed and dead-ends reached. Never before have I read so many Reddit threads (many filled with ‘yeah that happened to me - never got it back’).

From the word go the only explanation given by Meta was that ‘our technology has detected that your account does not follow the rules’ an admission that no human was involved in the process, just a random AI bot doing its job (badly).

If anyone else is in a similar situation (and assuming you haven’t actually done something that is worthy of having your account suspend) let me know and I can tell you what was in that letter… by @misterphildraws

Gaseous Relocation

The relocation of gaseous entities is never straightforward.

Infuriating factors include pipe rupture, flange displacement, bubble rotation misalignment, methane on the membrane and bent spanner syndrome.

Despite this everyone involved does the best they can to avoid bad smells and explosions, especially at the same time.

Just having my afternoon cuppa when I got thinking about things that go nicely with it.
For example, a little bit of toast. And if we’re talking breakfast, why not a sausage, and an egg?

Anyways, a tenuous reason to post some food based images.

HOOPLA! Improv comedy club and theatre(the UK’s first!) turns 20 this year!

They asked me to create a piece that conveyed the fun and playful nature of improv with a party atmosphere (cue Russ Abbot).

Played around with a mulit-colour version but settled on using shades of HOOPLA blue.

Also another version with splashes of red and yellow. Get swiping!

Thanks to Steve @hooplaimpro for the gig and being so good to work with.

Does your turntable secretly throw parties while playing records? 🎉

Let Mister Phil’s vibrant, expressive “little devils” reveal the answer. This Diablo’s Dozen collaboration with Seed Turntable transforms the artist‘s whimsical anthropomorphic world into a joyful presence in your space.

Watch them seem to dance to the beat while music plays, igniting both your ears and eyes. Use it to recharge your daily life, fighting off all boredom and dullness.
