Well now that you know our biggest regret..

We hate to inform you that we found out about this gem so late. Our resident DJ of 2026, DJ MISTRY @mistrymusic will be running her famous Afro house music on Sun, May 24th from 9-10am.

What to expect: great music, killer 1 hour workout, personal training in a group fitness class, 1 amazing community, snacks and drinks and VIBES ON VIBES. Need we say more?

Drop ins: 35$ (includes post workout stretch with your coach, snacks and drinks, 1 day special deal for trials.(think 7 Days for $7).. shhh you didn’t hear from us. Deal avail to only those who send us the DM, purchase a drop in, and show up.

the earth goddess revival day retreat with @giselleholisticliving from g studios was exactly what i didn’t know i needed. dj @mistrymusic had the vibe set from the moment we walked in. we cleansed the energy, did @zumba for the very first time — my feet were figuring it out in real time and i loved every second of it. leticia from @afiyawellnesscanada led us through yoga and i was present, i was trying, and i made peace with not being graceful. hibiscus tea, a dance party i never wanted to end and then giselle closed us out with a visualization and sound bath that i genuinely cannot put into words. you just have to be in that room. her studio is in mississauga and you need to find your way there. thanks for spending some time reenergizing with me 🤍 taken in Mississauga, Ontario by @mistrymusic

From the moment I arrived, Sacred Village @thesacredvillage felt like pure magic a space filled with connection, authenticity, and beautiful souls✨

More than a festival, it was a beautiful gathering of conscious women coming together to connect, share, and uplift one another. We danced, laughed, cried, and experienced so many emotions all at once it’s hard to put into words just how special it was.

I was also deeply honored to support my best friend @natashadreamseer with her activation, Awaken The Dreaming Body. Watching her share her gifts and create such a powerful experience was truly amazing💛

From the talented vendors, musicians, DJs, facilitators, and every incredible woman who showed up as her authentic self, the entire experience was filled with beauty, creativity, and heart. So grateful✨🌿 by @mistrymusic
