POSTS STORIES REELS

Hey to my newly found beautiful friends! As you will see, there are many facets of me and my 🌎

I’m Misty Angelique & here are snippets of my health journey.

When it got to a point that I couldn’t even perform my day-to-day tasks without feeling worn out plus weight fluctuating up-and-down, I became fed up! I NEEDED AN ANSWER! And my doctors weren’t helping at all. Just meds on top of meds that made things worse. I was tired of how I was feeling so ran to my colon hydrotherapist over 2 years ago seeking help and that’s when I found out that I had parasites.

Since then I went heavy on plant-based foods, fruits, juices and herbs to get my body back to an alkaline state. I stopped consuming all mucous forming foods & animal products as I was desperate to be well! Then, the💡finally clicked on and I slowly but surely began to turn the corner and began feeling & looking better; something I’ve been searching for years. This is my story, others may appear different but the point is you don’t have to live with misery for rest of your life. I’m here to share, help and let others know that there is light at the end of the tunnel if you change your internal environment. So,…..

Heads up: if you have suffered or continue to suffer with any unresolved chronic health issue, fatigue, bone issues, inflammation, inability to lose weight, itching/skin issues, food cravings, acne, lack of energy and vitality, constipation, gut issues, insomnia, inability to lose weight, looking to get off medication or just sick and tired of the overall blah feeling,…it might be time for you to do a cleanse!

Looking to clear your system and alkalize your body so you too can eliminate mucus within that feeds all ailments? I got you!!! Come if you dare 😜 i’m about serious business over here when it comes to cleansing just fyi

Only kickin’ with those that are relentless, ready for change and ready to run with me & the whole crew of Authentic Beauties within the AB Community like right NOW! It’s a true sisterhood. You’ll get all the info you need to start implementing that will change your life forever (if you follow the protocol)! Link in bio. #juice #juicer #for #life #juicecleanse #fyp by @mistyangelique

I’m Going To Be A Wonderful Grandma. 💜

Looking through these pictures, one thing kept showing up over and over again… my mother was there! The births, birthdays, celebrations, ordinary days, hard days, the moments I needed my mother and the moments my children needed their grandmother. She was there.

Yesterday marked two years since my mother transitioned, and instead of sitting only in what I miss, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for everything she gave us while she was here. And now I realize something I couldn’t have known then: she wasn’t just loving her grandchildren, she was teaching me how to be a grandmother one day.

I didn’t know I was watching a lesson. I was just living life with my mama. But looking back, I see it so clearly: presence, consistency, showing up and the kind of love that made my children know, without question, Grandma is coming. Grandma will be there. Grandma has me.

Now it’s my turn to carry that love forward…

Q AND I ARE GOING TO BE GRANDPARENTS!!!

And I’m going to be an even better grandmother because motherhood taught me what I didn’t know I needed to know. by @mistyangelique

… and it is ma! I love you soooo much!

P.S. This was my Mother’s Day gift this year from the one & only @qsmith5176

He has been incredible at reminding me of the legacy my mother left within me. He has always supported me, but even more so now as I continue to carry it forward. 💜

He took one of the photos from my recent business photoshoot, representing this season of rebranding and expansion, and turned it into this beautiful reminder of her legacy living through me. by @mistyangelique

Oh hey y’all! 👋 how’s everyone doing out there? As for me, I’ve been truly focusing on life and what truly matters…

Transitioning through the different phases of healing feels so good. I thought I was on one healing phase years ago only to be on another; hence, further proves that our healing journeys are continual.

Stay blessed everyone, because you truly are. by @mistyangelique

In 1996, we dreamed. We talked through things and visualized what we wanted.

Done with birthing children by thirty. Raising them with intention. To be young, present, connected, and growing right alongside them.

We said by 50, our youngest “should” be on their way to college and we’d be living a life so purposefully that retirement would even be a thought; rather than, so fulfilling that we would be in the position of saying, “Now what?”

Our “Now What” season is here and it’s exciting to be so innovating and witty with the gifts that God has blessed us with.

You’ve impacted lives, rooms and stages~now it’s time to GO global! #Leggo #Cheers to 50 Q! by @mistyangelique

Next week at this time, we will be celebrating this honorable man who has spent so much of his life celebrating, uplifting, protecting, and showing up for others.

So many people know Q for his heart, his presence, his leadership, and the way he pours into the community without asking for recognition. He has always carried a burden for people and a passion for making a difference.

But next week, it is about him.

It is about honoring 50 years of life, wisdom, growth, resilience, love, and impact. It is about celebrating the man behind the mission. The husband, father, leader, and friend so many have come to know and respect.

As his wife, I have the privilege of seeing the side of him many do not always see. The sacrifices, the care, the weight he carries, and the genuine love he has for people.

And for one special night, we get to pour that same love back into him.

Q’s 50th is almost here, and I could not be more grateful to celebrate this milestone beside him.

Happy early birthday to my love. Your life matters to so many, and now it is time for you to feel just how loved you truly are.

Before we even landed in April, our recent team meetings involved us discussing the importance of being grounded spiritually and taking things to another level both personally and collectively. We came together, tested juices, and made a collective decision to cleanse and detox as a team.

The work we do at Team Pursuit can be heavy. Trauma adjacent. After all, what we carry mentally lands in the body too. And with summer approaching, activity in our community heightens. The calls increase. The need grows. The weight sometimes gets heavier.

So before all of that, we are choosing ourselves.

All month we are cleansing. Fruits. Vegetables. Juice. A priority,… Earth’s medicine!

Three areas we are moving through:

Renewal. The earth resets every spring. So do we.

Release. CVI workers absorb what communities carry. This cleanse will be our ritual of letting go, surrendering and healing.

Replenish. Depleted soil produces weak fruit. Same with people. What we put in matters.

We cannot show up for the community running on empty. This is stewardship. Of the work and of ourselves.

Day 1. All month. Let’s go.

I’ve spent the last year restoring my nervous system and releasing what trauma can store in the body.

Trauma impacts the body more than we talk about, and healing comes before results.

When trauma isn’t processed, it can slow progress in ways we don’t always acknowledge.

I gained 15 pounds doing the same things I’d always done after my best friend… my beautiful momma… left this realm.

I went quiet. I dug deeper. I leaned into God, my Savior~Jesus Christ then dived into science-backed healing and allowed my body to process what my heart was carrying. Since then got back in the 150’s

Important point is,… For a while, healing was the workout.

This year, I made it my business to find my way back to movement… with more compassion, more awareness, and a deeper kind of strength while back in motion.

I’d love to know… have you ever noticed stagnant progress or lack of results after personal trauma?

If this landed, a simple “yes” is awareness… and that is the first step back to yourself. #happy #sunday #sundayfunday by @mistyangelique

To My Queen,

Happy Birthday to the most extraordinary woman I know! Today, as we celebrate you, I want to take a moment to truly honor your journey.

I see you. I see the strength in you that has been forged through challenges, the grace you’ve shown even on the toughest days, and the unwavering love you give so freely. This past season has tested you in ways that would have made many falter, yet you’ve faced it all with a spirit that inspires me daily. Your shoulders were made for this, carrying this heavy weight with such elegance and resilience.

Today is a reminder that you are so much more than you think. You are a warrior, a nurturer, and my greatest blessing. Throughout this day remember that the best is yet to come. More dreams will be fulfilled, more joy will enter your life, and more moments will come that are as beautiful as your heart.

Thank you for being you, for sharing your life with me, and for letting me love you. I cherish every moment we share.

Happy Birthday, my love! Here’s to you, to us, and to the incredible adventures that lie ahead.

With all my love,

Quincy by @mistyangelique
