From our first date, I knew this was going to be something special. By our second date, I knew you would be my boyfriend. By the third date, I got a glimpse of growing old together.

Over the last eight years, you’ve brought out so many beautiful versions of me. You’ve allowed me to fully walk in my feminine season, always believing in me, encouraging me, and pushing me to be the best version of myself. Through every season, you have never judged me; you’ve simply loved me.

You made me a mom, and now you’ve made me your fiancée.

Through every season, you’ve remained the same kind, genuine, and loving person I met that very first day.

God’s timing is always perfect. I’m so grateful for the growth we’ve experienced both individually and together, and for the foundation we’ve built along the way.

As we step into this new chapter, I pray God continues to bless our relationship, our family, and our future. We’ve worked hard, grown together, and I truly believe we both deserve this beautiful season.

Half Marathon 13.1 checked off the do it for me list ✨

Power: the ability to do something or act in a particular way, especially as a faculty or quality

The unexpected things you experience during training are beautiful. I say this because at that point you discover who you really are and what mental breakthroughs you can overcome.

Race day hits differently not only does it bring out your competitive side but it’s really you vs you. I was extremely nervous the night before my race, I couldn't sleep and couldn't think what race day would look like for me. 7:05 am headed to the start line and at that point, I said “God it's in your hands”. I legit had a beautiful run and pain free. I didn't have a goal for myself but completed my run in 2hr 23mins. Now I have a starting point for my next race.

Thank you to everyone who gave me encouraging words and wished me luck. S/O to my coach & boyfriend @freddy_f4s for being my amazing support system and believing in me. To my @milechasers209 Speechless 🥹 ya’ll know how I feel about the team! Can’t thank you all enough!

To my run besties @wendytfm & @_michael_anthony23 thank you! It all started with a 10k! ❤️

Back story, I couldn’t figure out if I wanted to go back into powerlifting after having my baby. So I just started strength training . Then I remembered my brother in law @oscar_f4s inspires to be a physique/personal training coach so I said let me ask him. I can be his first female client 😊 thankfully he said “I thought you’d never ask”

Started October 2025 and we are still locked 💪🏾
