Had an awesome time riding the 2025 U.S. Paralympics Cycling Road Time Trial in Huntsville last weekend. @branden_walton and I put in a massive effort and I’m super proud of how we executed.

Celebrating a fantastic weekend at the paratriathlon national championships, where I had the honor of guiding the incredible @irwinr12 to a second place finish! Huge thanks to @dare2tri_ for being an amazing community and awesome group of people putting on the most amazing camps and races. Guiding is all about trust and communication, helping athletes stay safe and perform at their best. It’s an incredible experience to work in tandem, sharing every moment of the race.

Rust busting with the new hometown race. For those unaware, I moved to Boulder 6ish months ago and I’m happy to call this rad place my home. I feel extremely lucky to already have found so many cool people that I’m proud to call friends, and I’m so excited for all the summer adventures that are just around the corner

Had a truly incredible experience this weekend guiding @teamfrancescoofficial at both of our first World Cup race. @teamfrancescoofficial is a B1 athlete which mean he’s completely blind. For those unfamiliar with guiding, we swim tethered at the thigh with a bungee, bike together on a tandem, and run tethered with a rope. Logistically, there is an enormous amount of things to account for all at a very high speed, not to mention all the other non-racing items (which were significantly easier with the fantastic help of @tiannabiscone) A weekend of many firsts as this was the first time @teamfrancescoofficial and I have swam, bike, ran, and raced together. Absolutely love this community and can’t wait for more of the journey ahead.
