Getting prequalified for a mortgage is the first step in the property purchase process where I give you an estimate on how much you can borrow based on basic financial information. It’s a quick process!

How it works:
1. You share basic financial info.
You tell me about your income, debts, and credit score (usually online or over the phone).

2. I give you an estimate on how much you might be able to borrow.
