With the second drive thru yet to come forward it will be another great addition here in what is a highly used commercial location.

Actually the first site exchanged for Urban on the roadside side of the land business but the planning took around 18 months or. That meant this one was delivered after Wragby. A site that we introduced and facilitated/acted for our core roadside client in Burney Group has gained planning consent from Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.

Another brownfield site in which Burney Group will be delivering a Starbucks Drive Thru, Storemore Self Storage Facility and Instavolt Fast Charging Hub.

Always great to see these images from Vitesse Arnhem. Every year they pay honour to the allied forces/British Paratroopers on the anniversary of gOperation Market Garden. Need to get to one of these games especially being part Dutch and ex Reg. Tbf I’ve never done Arnhem in my years as it always fell wrongly but I’m on it at some point.

We are exceptionally proud of our social impact development here but we do need to hammer some points home.

This is a full detailed planning application and has taken 6+ years to get to this point.

We are delivering not just a 100% lower cost homes scheme but a much needed/requested supermarket and supporting commercial space inc petrol station. Thus delivering a large amount of localised employment long after the last home is built/sold.

To that end. Our scheme has been fully costed to the exact scheme that is in for detailed planning. Enabling the access roads and infrastructure to allow that front parcel of commercial go ahead. No other site/parcel of land in for planning or looking for allocation in the new local plan is delivering low cost homes. Especially not on this scale. This is a truly social impact housing scheme aimed at delivering for all across our area.

🤝 Urban Fusion are also retaining a small cluster to rent back to local keyworkers and give Warsop the homes to attract the required staff. No other development is doing this.
