I was in a cooking competition recently and I’m super grateful for such an amazing opportunity. I was super nervous going into the competition and my main goal was to get something onto the plate within the time constraints and i am super proud of myself that i was able to do that. In terms of the food I produced I think I could have done better but I’m just glad I didn’t come last (2nd last lmfaooo). Either way given how nervous I was I’m just happy I kept my head enough to make some food in time.

Entree:
- tempura bara with warm lentil salad and crispy bara skin
Main:
- pineapple marinated pork collarbutt, cauliflower puree, roasted pumpkin and crispy fried silverbeet
Dessert:
- fruit salad with sweet vanilla mascarpone. by @mitchellamy219

WE MADE IT GUYS! Graduation was so fun and I’m so proud of everyone for making it here! We’ve worked so hard and learned so much and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing friends that I’ve made along the way. I love you guys so much and because of you I know these are the nights (👀) we will remember. and really how could I forget today when it ended in such a weird way.💀 I can’t wait to grow up and support you guys as we figure out what our 5 careers and 17 different jobs will be.😌 by @mitchellamy219
