2nd prep done and dusted 🫡 an awesome weekend with great people too many pictures and videos to post in one post. I want to thank all the friends and family that were there this weekend y’all truly made the weekend special and it means the world to me ❤️‍🔥. Also Shoutout to all my brothers that competed this weekend y’all looked amazing 👊 even the ones not in this post.

Overall, not the outcome we wanted but we brought a way better package this time. in my opinion night and day difference comparing it to my first show and I think that itself is a win and we will continue to make improvements. But now it’s time to grow not just physically but in all aspects of life. Lastly huge shout out to my coach/brother @alpha_markz appreciate everything you do and being more than just a coach 👊.

Left pic November 2021 first show- 163 pounds 20 years old ( 1 year training serious)

Right pic November 2025 second show- 174 pounds 24 years old ( 5 years in total serious training)

Also training with @alpha_markz during that long offseason helped me a lot. The natty gains take time but worth it no rush 🤌.

Wonder what the third show will look like in time. Big goals to be achieved
