I think one of the most beautiful things I’ve learned about myself in this season is that I don’t have to be loud to be powerful.

There’s a quietness in me that I’ve grown to appreciate. the kind that observes, feels deeply, and keeps going even when no one is watching.

As I begin to prepare for what this journey will mean, I feel more than honored.
I feel a fire in me that burns stronger than ever.

Being the first Miss Universe Uganda is a historic moment, but for me, this journey has been so much more. It has challenged my character and pushed me in ways I never knew I could be pushed.

I’ve had to learn how to tune in. I’m learning every single day to listen to that inner voice, trust it, and trust myself.

Now, as I head off to begin my training, I’m excited to learn, to grow, and to become the best version of myself I can be.

I pray that when the time comes, Uganda will be remembered. 🇺🇬

I’m going to give this journey my heart, my soul, and everything I have. I’m going to make my country proud.

This is only the beginning. ❤️‍🔥🇺🇬

Healing, in this episode, is about rewriting your relationship with what hurt you and choosing to move forward, whether or not it changes, whether or not that experience changes.

NB: This does not apply to abusive relationships, abusive parents, friends or family. In those situations, you can walk away and never look back, and nobody would ever blame you for choosing your safety and peace.

My gorgeous Venezuela🇻🇪❤️

It’s been an incredible month, and honestly, I hate that you’re so far away because I would literally spend every summer here if I could. I’ve fallen in love with your people, their warmth, the food and of course, these breathtaking mountains that I got to wake up and look at every single day, what a beautiful place to train!

I have felt so at home here. There are some places you visit, and there are some places that become a little piece of you. Venezuela will forever feel like home to me. 🥹❤️
