Finally got to see rufus du sol!! Been waiting years!
Was nice to reconnect with some friends i haven't seen in about 15 years as well! Soild night in the city with old friends and some new ones! Wiggle room got sweaty

Richard’s Head today 🥾🌊

One hell of a hike through the Newfoundland bog. Definitely should’ve worn something better than runners 😂. Ate my fill of blueberries and snowberries along the way, got lost in the views, and finally got a look at town from a spot I’d never seen it from before. Nothing but bog, berries, wind, and breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. Newfoundland at its finest. 💙

High light of my weekend Playing catan with my favorite dj at main stage. So many good laughs, good chats and great company.
I got 2nd place at my table the first day. Then the finally on Sunday the man himself @truthtristan beat us all.
@markwoodyard was doing sound check and started making a little rap about catan. The things we do to play some games! This one will never be forgotten

What a beautiful weekend it was @samsara_fest with the crew. Haven't had that much fun in years, & to do it 100% sober just made it so much better. 🦋 Western Tiger Swallowtails

These butterflies aren't just resting on the rocks — they're "puddling."

Groups of swallowtails will gather on damp soil, sand, and riverbanks to drink water rich in minerals and salts that flowers can't provide. The nutrients they collect play an important role in their survival and reproduction.

Nature is full of hidden behaviours that most people never notice. Today I was lucky enough to catch a few of them in action. taken in Burnt Bridge by @mitchgillingham
