Thank You God. Thank You Decorah Track. What a ride it’s been. This sport and the people I’ve had the privilege to meet through it have been a major part of my life the last 3 years. Sad to think I’ll never lace up the spikes for Decorah again but I’m so blessed to have had the experiences I did and the opportunity to continue competing in the sport I’ve grown to love. by @mitchstemper

There’s nothing I would’ve rather spent the last 4 years on and nobody else I would’ve rather spent it with, XC taught me resilience and discipline in a way nothing else could. Thank you to every friend, coach, and parent for ur support. I’m so blessed to call such a group family and so grateful for every time I get to lace up the spikes.❤️💙 by @mitchstemper
