From Mithibai to Maharashtra. 💙💛 What happens when determination meets an unexpected challenge? You rise to it. ✨ Meet our Junior Under Officers who embarked on an intense journey through the NCC selection process with one goal—to earn the opportunity to represent the Maharashtra Directorate. From navigating hierarchical selections to attending a camp in Amravati for the final Maharashtra selection, their journey demanded discipline, adaptability and perseverance. And just when the stakes were already high, an unexpected college examination added another challenge to the mix. Yet, they showed up, competed, and kept moving forward. Their story is a reminder that achievement is rarely a straight path. Sometimes, it is about making it through the uncertainty, rising to the occasion, and giving your best when the moment arrives. 🏅 At Mithibai, we celebrate students who carry their learning, leadership and determination beyond the classroom—and represent their institution with pride. Here’s to the journey behind the achievement. 💙💛 #MithibaiCollege #StudentAchievement #NCC #svkm #mithibai by @mithibai.ac
Remember when Jio made data free? An economist predicted what came next… in 1942. 📉📈 Joseph Schumpeter said firms don’t win by cutting prices. They win by making rivals irrelevant. He called it creative destruction: entrepreneurs introduce “new combinations” that make the old obsolete. His most uncomfortable idea: monopoly profits are the reward for innovation. The process that breaks markets open tends to close them again. India lived this. Jio’s 2016 entry shrank a dozen operators to three major private players. In 2026, Jio quietly scrapped one of its cheaper plans (₹209) and replaced it with a ₹365 one. The disruptor became the giant. 👀 AI is the next gale. Which of Schumpeter’s combinations is it? #deadeconomistssociety #creativedestruction #schumpeter #jio #economicsstudents by @mithibai.ac
