1: No Direction.

You get an idea today, film it and post it the same day. Tomorrow you start over from nothing.
Your audience sees one video, then another about something else, and none of it adds up to a reason to book you.

2: No Structure.

You start talking without calling out who it's for. You give advice without showing why anyone should take it from you. And the whole thing is a bit of a mess, so even the good parts get lost.

The idea isn't the problem, it's the order.

3: No Funnel.

Someone watches your video, gets value from it, and then nothing happens.
Every post should have one small thing to do next. Not something like book a call. That's too much for someone who found you a minute ago. Something cheaper, like tap the link in my bio.
