Ain’t no sunshine when she’s gone. Only darkness everyday. Ain’t no sunshine when she’s gone. And this house just ain’t no home. Anytime she goes away. Wonder this time where she’s gone. Wonder if she’s gone to stay. -Bill Withers Just a little blues improvisation over ain’t no sunshine @realbillwithers using @neuraldsp for incredible tone and a dope @fender strat American made here at the studio while watching Scarface before the storm What song should I do next? #guitar #blues #neuraldsp #fenderstrat #warner taken in Los Angeles, California by @mixedbyquantum

I was at work the other day, found this @fender American strat in the closet and plugged up and was playing some old songs. Long live @ozzyosbourne I always enjoyed the crazy train solo, I can’t believe I still remember it after all these years haha. Little dusty but good to get my fingers moving. Had to edit it down to fit under 3 minutes I am better in Protools lol #ozzyosbourne #randyrhoads #fender #guitar #crazytrain by @mixedbyquantum

One of biggest influences in my life I owe it to @ozzyosbourne @blacksabbath and @randyrhoadsofficial This is first classical guitar song I learned before going to college for music 20 years ago, I like how it sounds on my Martin acoustic though. I didn’t realize how hard Ozzy passing away would hit me. I have been sad for many celebrities passing, but Ozzy was a huge part of my youth and what really got me into music beyond words, long live Ozzy ! Resting now with Randy looking over us 🫡🖤🦇 #martinacoustic #martinguitars #dee #ozzyosbourne #randyrhoads #rip by @mixedbyquantum

Words cannot describe how I feel. Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath have had such an immense impact in my life since my youth. So many pivotal points in my musical journey have been stamped by the Oz man. From my first concert at 13 years old 25 years ago, to buying a @officialjacksonguitars guitar, learning Dee and jumping into classical music, which led me into college where I decided to study music. Learning Randy’s solos unlocked a part of me that was able to play from my soul. I’ve learned so many sabbath songs and Ozzy songs in my early guitar days it is the reason why I play the way I play. Listening to them pushed me into playing blues and exploring music in all directions. While everyone else in high school was listening to what was popular in early 2000s I was deep into Black Sabbath. I went all way back to their first album and worked my way chronologically, the rest was history. I’ll never forget seeing Ozzy on stage with Black Sabbath and along @zakkwyldebls seeing Ozzy run across the stage is a memory I have engraved in my soul forever. Long live Ozzy 🫡🕊️🤘🤘 Thank you 🖤🙏 #Ozzy#rip#heavenandhell#blacksabbath#ozzyosbourne#heavymetal#princeofdarkness#fuckparkinsonsdiease by @mixedbyquantum

How times pass and change quickly First of all, I am terrible at posting on here, I have found it easier to just use stories to post because it takes too long to think for a caption and the right picture lol! This is from 2 years ago in one of last eras of “Atlantic Noho” or as TRAPLANTIC as we all knew it. Now looking back, thousands of records, thousands of hours, a diamond record, couple platinum, and some gold ones on the walls, history was made. 9 years of history, so much talent and stories of different people from all walks of life with the same purpose. I recently heard if you don’t walk out the door when the signs are flashing, you might end up being pushed out the window. It’s important to build your own path and follow your journey and stay noble to the cause. Even though I could have posted this picture two years ago, it’s much more nostalgic now. But with that being said… IF YOUR MUSIC SOUNDS LIKE S&%! !? It’s because you need to send it my way and get it mixed properly . Mixedbyquantum here at your mixing services. Now mixing in Dolby atmos. (You might catch me recording here and there) Meanwhile check out my studio @dmtstudiosnoho book a session with or without an engineer. We got top tier industry engineers or bring your own. Top of line gear (@neumann.berlin / @amsneveltd / @tubetech / @uaudio ) and acoustics all hand picked by me, acoustic treatment all built by us at DMT studios. Come for a listening session and check out our @dynaudio system. Oh and we can record bands…we have it all rigged up for live rehearsals so if you have a show coming up, come practice! Want a recording of your rehearsals ? We’ll make it happen. Our interns/assistant engineers love to help and are eager to learn. I love @mogamicable so much that it’s all wired with mogami, to the point that we even made our own mogami cables 😤 So if you need a clean radio quality recording, mix, and master, AND Dolby atmos Spatial Audio immersive mix. Just call 📞 Jesus. I mean @mixedbyquantum 😎 don’t forget to follow my studio and book your next session. #studio#engineer#dolbyatmos#atlanticrecords#dmt#dmtstudios#noho#music#new#newbeginnings taken in Atlantic Records by @mixedbyquantum
