There’s a fear that comes with every first.

You carry it quietly. You say yes anyway.

This was mine.

To anyone at the edge of theirs , say yes. Build it on the way down. 🤍

Building a career today requires more than talent. It requires adaptability, visibility, courage, and consistency. These are some of the things I wish someone told me earlier.

Still learning. Still building. Still becoming.

What slide do you relate with the most?

Running a business is the wild west.
Every decision feels like it could make or break you. Over time, I have learned to choose my battles, because you cannot win them all. And not every battle is worth the cost. by @miz_grey

Nobody hands you a manual.
These are the things I learnt the hard way as a first-time mum.

Save this for yourself or for someone about to begin.

Which would you add? by @miz_grey

Some lessons in business have nothing to do with money. This one was about capacity.

We talk a lot about skincare, journaling, eating well, but we forget this: scent is wellness too.

The way your house smells hits your nervous system before you even notice it.

A calming lavender in the bedroom helps you actually sleep.
A warm vanilla or sandalwood in the living room lowers stress after a long day.
A fresh citrus in the bathroom instantly makes you feel clean and clear-headed.

Scent shifts your mood before you do. That’s why home should be your soft place to land.
Wellness starts at the door, when you breathe in.

What’s the one scent that instantly makes you feel at home? Vanilla, oud, lavender, fresh linen? by @miz_grey

I didn’t start talking about mental wellness because I had it all figured out. I started while I was still carrying the weight of it, on days I was barely holding up.

These are the things that held me. I hope one of them holds you.

Some things are too heavy to carry alone.
So every month, l’ll be sitting with 10 women to talk through the things we usually keep to ourselves. Safe, Free , private, no judgement.

If you want a seat , DM me “CIRCLE.” Only 10 spots each month.

Save this for the hard days, and send it to a woman who needs it. by @miz_grey

We talk a lot about how to make a home look good.

We rarely talk about how a home makes you feel.

If you wake up rushed, can’t truly rest, or feel more irritable at home than anywhere else, it’s not just you. It’s your space telling you something.

None of this is perfect.

Some days he forgets everything and throws the toys anyway. Some days I am too tired to enforce it.

But these are my hills. This is the kind of man I am hoping to raise: kind, grounded, respectful, and aware.

What are your hills? What will you not compromise on, even on the hard days?

I help women carrying a lot create homes that feel calm: through design, through ritual, through the small things that make the hard days easier to hold. That's the work I do at Greys.

My free guide on creating calm at home is in my bio. by @miz_grey

No one really taught me money. I learned by watching, making mistakes, and unlearning a lot.

One practice that changed how I breathe around money: I spread my major controllable bills across the year so they never clash in the same month.

It gives me room to plan and time to think before the next big spend.

I’m still on the journey. What is one money habit you are unlearning right now?

Save this for later. Share it with a woman who needs it.
