I came here seeking to deepen my practice, but I am leaving with a deeper understanding of myself. This sacred land of India, and the walls of this school, have been a sanctuary for my growth. To my teachers: thank you for your patience, your profound wisdom, and for guiding me from the physical postures into the true heart of yoga. You didn't just teach me how to move; you taught me how to breathe, how to be present, and how to live with intention. India 🇮🇳 June 2026A dream destination for anyone who practices yoga. I spent an incredible month in Rishikesh at @divinepathretreat, completing my second 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.The school, the staff, the amazing teachers, and my fellow teammates made this experience so deeply special. There were no easy days (especially with the intense heat!), but we grew so much from the inside out.I am incredibly proud of myself and everyone in my cohort. Oggi la @rollingjj.taranto ha ricevuto una visita che difficilmente dimenticheremo.

A sorpresa, sul tatami di @tanadelletigri.mma è arrivata la leggendaria Prof. @miznicolini , pluricampionessa del mondo di Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hall of Famer IBJJF ed ex fighter professionista di MMA.

Un privilegio immenso, un onore indescrivibile per tutta la nostra scuola.
Momenti come questi ci ricordano quanto siamo fortunati a vivere ogni giorno questo sport, circondati da persone straordinarie.

Ieri, pochi minuti prima dell’allenamento, la porta dell’Accademia era aperta.

È entrata Michelle Nicolini.

Per chi pratica Jiu-Jitsu Brasiliano non c’è bisogno di presentazioni: 8 volte Campionessa del Mondo IBJJF, Campionessa ADCC, 4 volte Campionessa del Mondo No-Gi, Hall of Fame IBJJF e protagonista anche nelle MMA ai massimi livelli internazionali come in One Championship.

Per due ore ha condiviso tecnica, esperienza e dettagli che fanno la differenza. Ma il regalo più grande è stato un altro.

Vedere gli occhi dei nostri ragazzi.

Per molti di loro Michelle era un nome letto nelle riviste, visto nei video, ammirato sui tatami più importanti del mondo. Ieri era lì. A pochi centimetri. A spiegare, correggere, sorridere.

E, mentre li osservavo, mi è tornato in mente l’inizio.

Quando abbiamo portato le MMA in questa città, non c’era ancora una realtà come la nostra.

Poco dopo è arrivato anche il Jiu-Jitsu Brasiliano.

Eravamo soltanto una manciata di persone, tanta passione e un sogno. Nessuno sapeva dove quel viaggio ci avrebbe portati.

Oggi succede che una delle più grandi atlete della storia del nostro sport entra nella nostra Accademia come un’amica.

Forse qualcuno lo chiama destino.
Qualcun altro karma.

Io penso che sia la ricompensa della costanza, del lavoro fatto ogni giorno e delle persone che hanno scelto di credere in un progetto quando era soltanto un’idea.

Con voi il tempo ha sempre lo stesso difetto: passa troppo in fretta.

E grazie ai nostri ragazzi.

Questa esperienza ve la meritate per la costanza e per la voglia di migliorare, un allenamento alla volta.

Singapore 🇸🇬 Going back to the place that was my home from 2016-2018, full of good memories and absolutely nostalgic. I made so many good friends, students I keep in touch until nowadays. But this trip was short and I couldn't see many of them, sorry for that :( The highlight and the surprise of my stay for sure was promote @kelly_fenwick to the black belt. 15years of training and competing, she is now my 3rd female black belt 🥋Well deserved Kellen.
