Do I regret about it?
No
The thing is that I didn’t have to choose between options. So the question wouldn’t be “which surgery should I pick” but “am I gonna do it or not”.

And I really wanted to.
Ofcourse I could get a consultation in another clinic, wait, postpone the decision etc. But getting thorough vision checks isn’t cheap, if I decided to do it in Europe it’d need extra investments which I couldn’t do at the moment. And waiting longer was only making my vision worse. And the worse it is the harder it is to correct it and the more risks it implies.

So I made my decision and very happy with the results👀

I know that many people struggle with bad vision and may be considering a laser surgery, so I hope this post could help you make the best decision for you and trust me, it’ll 100% worth it 🫶 by @mizz.risha

Best days with sis in St. Petersburg, 20 pics of the best few days (while the rest of time we preferred to watch movies and sleep)
When I was 18 I was planning to study and live here as well, but eventually I made a different choice and very glad I did, climate wise tho the Netherlands isn’t much different from St Petersburg, so to some extent my initial plan worked out😂
And now 8 years later my sis starts her study here🫶 by @mizz.risha

One of the best decisions Ive made and i still can’t believe that I SEE everything 👀

My vision has started worsening since I was 7 and thus I don’t even remember the feeling of waking up in the morning and seeing everything.
I think since then my eyes have experienced a lot: glasses, night contacts and finally regular contacts I’ve been wearing since 12yo🫠
The eye surgery has been in my to do list for a while but not in Russia (not in the NL either😂). I was planning to save up and do it somewhere in Europe but all of a sudden the plans changed and I did it in St Petersburg 2 days ago👀

Dutch healthcare system is relatively affordable and very advanced however frequently it was a challenge for me challenge to get a reasonable treatment since I’m “young” and “don’t look sick”🫠
That’s why I prefer to not fight it and get help elsewhere
