A good friend of mine @jwheatzzz told me that @snakeriverfarms has a Boneless American Wagyu Hanger Steak that was soooooooo good eating it would literally blow a certain body part off. I was a bit apprehensive at first because its a rather integral body part, lolololol! @jwheatzzz was nice enough to send me one of these steaks that he hold in such high regard. So I seasoned it with a bit of course sea salt & blk pepper, then onto the @masterbuilt Gravity Series 850 @225 until it reached an internal temp of 120. Next into the cast Iron with a cube of beef talo and then a bit of butter for basting. Final temp 138 internal on the big one and 147 internal on the smaller one. This is truly one of the best steaks I have ever had. Favor was on point super tender and juicy, excellent crust on the exterior for a great texture. Im sold! @snakeriverfarms I'm a believer!!! by @mizzgvus1
