“Me and the devil had a tussle but I won”

Wow this year flew by and has probably been the craziest time of my life. New friends old friends, quit don’t quit, noodles don’t noodles! Even though sometimes it felt like I took two steps forward and 3 steps back it made me realize that I truly must embrace everything in order to grow.

Hi my name is Michael (Mike) Jana and I am running for Junior class president for the school year of 2026-2027!

Some facts about me is I’m an accounting major, I’m on two school band teams which I play bass for (Chapel and Resonance), and I love tea! Other than playing music my hobbies include drawing, the gym, and cooking.

As far as campaign goes, the reason I want to do class president is to plant something together with the Junior class that could help improve our school. I also want to foster a better community for our class and make events that people would actually want to go to (I can’t make everyone happy though😔). Seed of Faith 🌰

Hello Cedarville family! We are so excited to inform yall that we are running for class President and Vice-President for the school year of 2026-2027

Seed of Faith was inspired from two bible verses. The first being 1 Corinthians 3:6-9 which says, “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God gives growth.” And Matthew 17:20 which says, “if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain ‘Move from here to there.’ And it will move”

These were important to us because we want Cedarville to be a campus that is ACTIVELY integrated within our communities, ACTIVELY praying, and ACTIVELY planting seeds of the gospel all around us. But also believing in God, that he will finish a work within the people we preach the gospel to. INCLUDING YOURSELF because the gospel applies to the believer as much as the non-believer. Please don’t get tired of the gospel :(

So join us as we prepare to get our hands and shoes dirty for the sake of the gospel and build one another up in our faith!

I’ve been given the privilege to sit at a lot of tables this year and I think I’ve gained something from it.

Whether it was joy or pain, acceptance or refusal, being energized or feeling drained, clarity or confusion, I have learned to be thankful for all of it. I’m thankful for all the opportunity God has given and all the new and old relationships in my life. I’m thankful for everyone that has stepped in my life because each individual person always shows me something new. Thanks everybody yall are the best! Thank you God you are always my #1 by @mj.12706

If you asked me how the 1st year of school felt like…

Imagine ripping out your knee caps with no sedative. But really though it’s a learning experience and I wouldn’t change a single thing about it!

I try not to be sentimental but this is for y’all
To me y’all are family. And nothing in this world could strip y’all from that. We may not see each other all the time, we may not talk all the time, but every time we do it’s always an adventure.
