Come enjoy lots of massage assists and time to feel better in your body and mind at this month’s prenatal yoga flow!

Sunday April 19th @kulagrandrapids Leonard 1-2:30pm.

Pregnancy felt disorienting for me at times. My body was home for my baby but it didn’t quite feel like home to me in the same way it used to. My body was changing size and shape and it was strange to have that perceived by other people and commented on even if it was positive!

I didn’t feel connected to my baby right away either. I knew what I was experiencing was life changing but some days it didn’t even feel real.

At first it felt slow… and then suddenly it was flying by. I had this endless mental list of everything I felt I needed to do before he arrived and not enough time.

And all the while I knew the best preparation was to reduce stress!! lol

Everyone’s experience is different! But it is always ✨an experience✨

That’s why I care so much about offering this prenatal yoga class.

Everything is pregnancy friendly and adaptable, no matter your trimester or experience.

It’s so helpful to step out of the noise, move your body in a supportive way, to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and your baby.
